2 lbs Viking Munich Malt Dark (11.2 SRM)

4 oz Viking Roasted Barley (558.4 SRM)

3 oz Cascade hops (boil)

.75 oz Mt Hood hops (15 min)

US-05 yeast

Mash temp: 152

Boil time: 90 minutes

Ferment at 65 degrees
